BK Safety is a safety and environment consultancy that was established in 1997. The consultants of BK Safety are Chartered Safety and Health Practitioners and registered with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). We have amassed a large amount of experience in many business sectors - residential care & nursing homes, light and heavy engineering, facilities management, warehousing, construction, demolition, electronics, leisure, commercial, retail, etc.

Our aim is to make life easier for our clients by offering realistic, pragmatic advice and solutions. There is no great mystery to good health and safety practice, it's largely down to common sense. However, there may be some technical issues involved and that is when our expertise is needed.We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity, and through this we aim to build long term partnerships with our clients.
Services
We can provide a wide range of services from installing full health and safety management systems through to providing assistance with CHAS applications or method statements.
In brief we offer:
Appointed competent person service - telephone and e mail support and annual review of documentation.
Health and Safety audit - a full review of health and safety arrangements.
Fire Risk Assessment - a statutory requirement for any non domestic premise. Our consultants have been trained at the Fire Service College and we have done hundreds of fire risk assessments for Care Homes, offices, factories and warehouses.

Our client base is predominantly based in the Yorkshire / Humberside / North Midlands region but we do offer a nationwide service.
